This class is for swimmers who have mastered the skills in the Improver stages and are ready to advance their swimming abilities. Students will focus on perfecting their technique in all four strokes(freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly), increasing endurance, and mastering competitive starts and turns. The class will also cover advanced water safety skills and introduce elements of competitive swimming and training. With a maximum of 8 students per class, personalized attention ensures swimmers reach their highest potential.
